International Inspiration

I started this blog out of pure inspiration from a girl who I have never met. I do not know what she looks like, what her family looks like, or how her voice sounds. However, i do know that, like me, she is a girl with ambitions and dreams. She has a personality. I felt like i could learn a lot from her bravery and strength.
She seems to be living in a fairy-tale land which is far away. I know otherwise; I see the images on my tv everynight. I see the fallen heros which had possibly walked through her neighborhood or given her siblings suckers. I hear stories from family members who have served and sacrificed for the war. It is unbelievable to know: I live during a war time.
I hear President Bush speak about what the U.S. is trying to do and wonder what the Iraqi people feel about it. Do they want us there? Are they feeling progress or regression?

This young lady has stated her name as "Sunshine". Whoever you are Sunshine, i dedicate my blog to you and want you to know that I will think of you and hope that sometime, both of us will be able to live in free-worlds and pursue our ambitions and dreams.
